Gizlilik Politikası
1. Bu politika kimin için, ne için?
Bu politika, iOS için yayımlanan Miniyurt uygulamasını ("Uygulama") ve uygulamayla ilgili bize e-posta ile ulaştığında paylaştığın bilgileri kapsar. Uygulamayı Çağın Emek Davarcı (cagan_inc adıyla yayın yapan bağımsız geliştirici, Türkiye; "biz") yayımlar ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") bakımından veri sorumlusudur.
2. Uygulamanın toplamadığı veriler
Uygulama adını, e-posta adresini, telefon numaranı, konumunu, fotoğraf arşivini, kişilerini, cihaz kimliğini, reklam kimliğini, IP adresini veya kullanım istatistiklerini istemez, okumaz ve hiçbir yere göndermez. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam, analitik, çökme raporlama veya sosyal medya yazılımı (SDK) yoktur. Kamera, mikrofon, konum, bildirim veya takip (ATT) izni istenmez. Sahnelerdeki tüm görseller, veriler ve yazı tipleri uygulamanın içinde gelir; uygulama çalışırken hiçbir sunucuya istek göndermez.
3. Yalnızca cihazında kalan bilgiler
Uygulama; yarışma puanlarını, pasaport damgalarını, damga tarihlerini, günün sorusu serini, ses efekti tercihini ve "tanıtımı / ipucunu gördün" bilgisini cihazının yerel depolamasında tutar. Bu bilgiler adına, hesabına veya cihaz kimliğine bağlanmaz, cihazından çıkmaz ve bize ulaşmaz. Pasaport ekranındaki İlerlemeyi sıfırla düğmesiyle ya da uygulamayı silerek tamamen silebilirsin. iOS'un cihaz yedeklemesini (iCloud veya bilgisayar) açtıysan bu bilgiler senin yedeğinde de yer alabilir; bu yedekler Apple'ın ve senin kontrolündedir, bizim erişimimizde değildir.
4. Fotoğraf modu
Fotoğraf düğmesi yalnızca ekrandaki 3D sahnenin bir görüntüsünü oluşturur. Görüntü, sen Paylaş'a dokunana kadar uygulamanın geçici belleğinde kalır; dokunduğunda iOS paylaşım menüsü açılır ve nereye gönderileceğini sen seçersin. Paylaşım menüsünde "Görüntüyü Kaydet"i seçersen iOS, Fotoğraflar'a ekleme izni ister. Uygulama fotoğraf arşivini hiçbir zaman okumaz. Görüntüyü bir uygulama veya kişiyle paylaştığında, o tarafın gizlilik kuralları geçerli olur.
5. Bize e-posta gönderdiğinde
Uygulama içindeki iletişim bağlantılarından ya da doğrudan cagan@caganinc.com adresine yazdığında e-posta adresini, yazdıysan adını ve mesajının içeriğini; yalnızca sorunu yanıtlamak, hata bildirimini değerlendirmek veya KVKK başvurunu sonuçlandırmak için işleriz. Bu yazışmalar e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımızın sunucularında saklanır. Talebin sonuçlandıktan sonra en geç iki yıl içinde silinir; yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü veya olası bir uyuşmazlık varsa bu süre boyunca saklanabilir. 6. Apple'ın işlediği veriler
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirmen ve güncellemen Apple tarafından, Apple Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında yürütülür. iOS ayarlarında (Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › Analizler ve İyileştirmeler) "Uygulama Geliştiricileriyle Paylaş" seçeneğini açtıysan Apple, kimliğini içermeyen çökme raporlarını ve toplu kullanım istatistiklerini bizimle paylaşabilir. Bu paylaşımı yalnızca uygulamayı düzeltmek ve iyileştirmek için kullanırız ve aynı ayardan istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.
7. Başka siteler
Uygulamadaki bazı bağlantılar (örneğin bu metnin web sürümü) uygulama içi tarayıcıda açılır. Bu siteler kendi gizlilik kurallarına tabidir.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama her yaş için uygundur ve çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz. Çocuğunun bize e-posta ile kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünen veliler cagan@caganinc.com adresine yazarak bu bilgilerin silinmesini isteyebilir.
9. Güvenlik
Uygulamanın tuttuğu bilgiler, iOS'un uygulamaları birbirinden ayıran korumalı alanında (sandbox) durur. E-posta yazışmalarını yalnızca geliştirici görür ve parola korumalı hesaplarda saklanır.
10. Hakların
KVKK'nın 11. maddesindeki hakların ve bunları nasıl kullanacağın KVKK sekmesinde anlatılmıştır. Türkiye dışında yaşıyorsan, kendi ülkendeki veri koruma mevzuatından doğan hakların da saklıdır.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı uygulamanın işleyişi değişirse güncelleriz. Güncel metin uygulamada ve caganinc.com/camfanus.html adresinde yayımlanır; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama güncellemesinin notlarında da belirtiriz.

KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.

2. Uygulama kullanımında kişisel veri işlenmez
Miniyurt uygulaması, kullanımın sırasında hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz ve bize aktarmaz. Yarışma puanları ve pasaport damgaları yalnızca cihazında tutulur, kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmez ve bize ulaşmaz.
3. Bize ulaştığında işlenen veriler
Bize kendi isteğinle e-posta gönderdiğinde aşağıdaki veriler işlenir:
- Kimlik: yazdıysan adın ve soyadın.
- İletişim: e-posta adresin.
- Talep ve şikâyet: mesajının içeriği ve varsa eklediğin ekran görüntüleri.
4. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler
- Soru, öneri, hata bildirimi ve şikâyetlerini yanıtlamak: KVKK m. 5/2(f), meşru menfaatimiz için zorunlu olması (temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla).
- KVKK kapsamındaki başvurularını almak ve sonuçlandırmak: KVKK m. 5/2(ç), hukuki yükümlülüğümüzü yerine getirmemiz.
- Olası bir uyuşmazlıkta hakkımızı korumak: KVKK m. 5/2(e), bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması.
Verilerin pazarlama, reklam, profil çıkarma veya otomatik karar alma amacıyla kullanılmaz.
5. Toplama yöntemi
Veriler, yalnızca sen bize e-posta gönderdiğinde, elektronik ortamda ve doğrudan senden toplanır.
6. Aktarım
Kişisel verilerin üçüncü kişilere satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla aktarılmaz. Yalnızca:
- yasal olarak talep edilmesi hâlinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına ve yargı mercilerine (KVKK m. 8/2(a), m. 5/2(ç));
- e-posta yazışmalarının saklandığı e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımıza, bu hizmetin sunulması amacıyla ve hizmet sağlayıcının sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabileceğinden, KVKK'nın 9. maddesinde öngörülen usul ve güvencelere uygun olarak
aktarılabilir.
7. Saklama süresi
E-posta yazışmaları talebin sonuçlanmasından sonra en geç iki yıl içinde silinir. Yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü ya da süren bir uyuşmazlık varsa, bu yükümlülük veya uyuşmazlık süresince saklanır.
8. Hakların (KVKK m. 11)
Veri sorumlusuna başvurarak:
- kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
- KVKK m. 7'deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğraman hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
haklarına sahipsin.
9. Başvuru
Başvurunu, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'e uygun olarak; adını, soyadını, imzalı ise imzanı, yazışma adresini veya e-posta adresini ve talebini açıkça belirterek cagan@caganinc.com adresine iletebilirsin. Kimliğini doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Başvurun en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir. Başvurunun reddedilmesi, cevabı yetersiz bulman veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi hâlinde, KVKK m. 14 uyarınca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
Kullanım Koşulları
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Miniyurt uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulama, Çağın Emek Davarcı (cagan_inc, Türkiye; "biz") tarafından sunulur. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursun; kabul etmiyorsan lütfen kullanma.
1. Apple ile ilişki
Uygulamanın lisansı, App Store üzerinden Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("Apple EULA") kapsamında verilir. Bu Koşullar Apple EULA'yı tamamlar; lisans konusunda bir çelişki olursa Apple EULA uygulanır. Bu Koşullar Apple ile değil, seninle bizim aramızdadır. Uygulamanın içeriğinden, bakımından, desteğinden, garantisinden ve uygulamayla ilgili taleplerden (ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata aykırılık iddiaları, fikri mülkiyet iddiaları dahil) Apple değil biz sorumluyuz. Apple ve iştirakleri bu Koşulların lehdar üçüncü kişileridir ve Koşulları sana karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir. Uygulamayı kullanırken App Store hizmet koşullarına da uyarsın.
2. Hizmet
Uygulama ücretsizdir; reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik ve hesap içermez ve internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır. Uygulamayı geliştirmek, değiştirmek veya bazı özelliklerini kaldırmak hakkımız saklıdır. İleride ücretli bir özellik eklenirse bu yalnızca App Store üzerinden, fiyatı önceden gösterilerek ve senin onayınla sunulur.
3. Kullanım lisansı ve sınırlar
Uygulamayı kendi Apple cihazlarında, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında Uygulamayı veya içeriğini (sahneler, metinler, sorular, görseller) kopyalayamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz ve rakip bir ürün yapmak için kullanamazsın.
4. Eğitsel içerik
Bilgi kartları ve yarışma soruları, güvenilir kaynaklara dayanılarak ve özen gösterilerek hazırlanmış kısa özet bilgilerdir; resmî bir kaynak, ders kitabı veya sınav hazırlık materyali yerine geçmez. Sahneler, gerçek yerlerin sanatsal ve sadeleştirilmiş temsilleridir; ölçek, konum ve yapılar birebir değildir. Saat, sıcaklık, hava durumu ve mevsim gösterimleri gerçek zamanlı veya resmî bilgi değildir; seyahat, deniz, dağ veya hava kararlarında kullanılmamalıdır. Bir hata görürsen cagan@caganinc.com adresine bildirmeni rica ederiz.
5. Fotoğraflar
Fotoğraf moduyla oluşturduğun görüntüleri kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla saklayabilir ve paylaşabilirsin. Görüntüdeki Miniyurt adını ve yer adını kaldırmamanı rica ederiz. Ticari kullanım için önceden yazılı iznimizi almalısın.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın adı, simgesi, tasarımı, kodu, 3D sahneleri, metinleri ve soruları 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında korunur ve bize aittir. Uygulamada kullanılan açık kaynak yazılımlar, yazı tipleri ve harita verileri kendi lisanslarına tabidir; listesi ve lisans metinleri Lisanslar sekmesindedir. Uygulamada adı geçen yerler ve yapılar yalnızca bilgi verme amacıyla anılmıştır; herhangi bir kurum veya kuruluşla bağlantımız yoktur.
7. Geri bildirim
Bize gönderdiğin öneri ve geri bildirimleri, sana ayrıca bir bedel ödemeden Uygulamayı geliştirmek için kullanabiliriz. Kişisel verilerin bu kapsamda Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'ne göre işlenir.
8. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uygulama ücretsiz olarak ve "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmeyiz, ancak bildirilen hataları makul sürede gidermeye çalışırız. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu sınırlama; kast veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluğumuzu (6098 sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu m. 115) ve 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun başta olmak üzere sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayan haklarını etkilemez.
9. Sona erme
Uygulamayı dilediğin zaman cihazından silerek kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Bu Koşullara aykırı kullanım hâlinde kullanım hakkın kendiliğinden sona erer.
10. İhracat kuralları
Uygulamayı, ABD hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı veya "terörü destekleyen ülke" olarak belirlediği bir ülkede bulunmadığını ve ABD hükümetinin yasaklı kişiler listelerinde yer almadığını kabul ederek kullanırsın (Apple EULA gereği).
11. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin uygulamada ve caganinc.com/camfanus.html adresinde yayımlanır; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama güncellemesinin notlarında belirtiriz. Güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda önce cagan@caganinc.com adresinden bize ulaşmanı rica ederiz. Tüketici sıfatıyla; her yıl Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar içinde yerleşim yerindeki veya işlemin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne, bu sınırların üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Mahkemesi'ne başvurabilirsin. Türkiye dışında yaşıyorsan, kendi ülkendeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan hakların saklıdır.
13. Diğer
Bu Koşulların bir hükmü geçersiz sayılırsa diğer hükümler geçerliliğini korur. Bir hakkımızı kullanmamamız o haktan vazgeçtiğimiz anlamına gelmez.

Privacy Policy
1. Who and what this policy covers
This policy covers the Miniyurt iOS app (the "App") and the information you share when you email us about it. The App is published by Çağın Emek Davarcı, an independent developer trading as cagan_inc in Türkiye ("we"), who is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
2. Data the App does not collect
The App does not ask for, read or send anywhere your name, email address, phone number, location, photo library, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifier, IP address or usage statistics. It contains no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social media SDKs. It asks for no camera, microphone, location, notification or tracking (ATT) permission. All graphics, data and fonts ship inside the App; it sends no requests to any server while running.
3. Information that stays on your device
The App keeps your quiz scores, passport stamps, stamp dates, your question-of-the-day streak, your sound effects setting and a flag noting that you have seen the intro and hints in local storage on your device. This is not linked to your name, account or device identifier, never leaves your device and never reaches us. You can erase it with Reset progress in the Passport or by deleting the App. If you use iOS device backups (iCloud or a computer), it may also be included in your backup, which is controlled by Apple and you, not by us.
4. Photo mode
The photo button only makes an image of the 3D scene on screen. The image stays in the App's temporary memory until you tap Share; the iOS share sheet then opens and you choose where it goes. If you pick "Save Image" there, iOS asks for permission to add it to Photos. The App never reads your photo library. Once you share an image with an app or a person, their privacy rules apply.
5. When you email us
When you write to cagan@caganinc.com, from a link in the App or directly, we process your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message, only to reply, look into a bug report or handle a data-protection request. These emails are stored on our email provider's servers. They are deleted within two years after your request is closed, unless a legal retention duty or a dispute requires keeping them longer. Details are in the KVKK notice.
6. Data processed by Apple
Downloading and updating the App through the App Store is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. If you turned on "Share With App Developers" in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share crash reports and aggregated usage statistics with us that do not identify you. We use them only to fix and improve the App, and you can turn this off in the same setting at any time.
7. Other sites
Some links in the App (such as the web version of this text) open in an in-app browser. Those sites have their own privacy rules.
8. Children
The App is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Parents who believe their child has emailed us personal information can write to cagan@caganinc.com to have it deleted.
9. Security
Information the App keeps stays in the iOS sandbox that separates apps from each other. Emails are seen only by the developer and kept in password-protected accounts.
10. Your rights
Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK and how to use them are described in the KVKK notice. If you live outside Türkiye, any rights you have under your own data-protection law also apply.
11. Changes
We update this policy if the way the App works changes. The current version is published in the App and at caganinc.com/camfanus.html; we also mention important changes in the App's update notes.

2. No personal data is processed while you use the App
The Miniyurt app does not collect any personal data or transfer it to us while you use it. Quiz scores and passport stamps are kept only on your device, are not linked to your identity and never reach us.
3. Data processed when you contact us
- Identity: your name, if you include it.
- Contact: your email address.
- Request: the content of your message and any screenshots you attach.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering questions, suggestions, bug reports and complaints: KVKK Art. 5/2(f), our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Receiving and handling your KVKK requests: KVKK Art. 5/2(ç), compliance with our legal obligations.
- Protecting our rights in a possible dispute: KVKK Art. 5/2(e), establishing, exercising or protecting a right.
Your data is not used for marketing, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
5. How it is collected
Only electronically and directly from you, when you choose to email us.
6. Transfers
Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be transferred only to competent public authorities and courts when legally required (KVKK Art. 8/2(a), 5/2(ç)), and to our email provider, which stores our correspondence and whose servers may be located abroad, in line with the procedures and safeguards of KVKK Article 9.
7. Retention
Emails are deleted within two years after your request is closed, unless a legal retention duty or an ongoing dispute requires keeping them for that period.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask us whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong; ask for deletion or destruction under Article 7; ask that third parties it was transferred to are notified of a correction, deletion or destruction; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request to cagan@caganinc.com, stating your name, your signature if signed, a postal or email address for the reply and what you are asking for, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days; if handling a request involves an extra cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is refused, you find the answer insufficient or we do not reply in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of KVKK.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Miniyurt app (the "App"), provided by Çağın Emek Davarcı (cagan_inc, Türkiye; "we"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms; if you do not, please do not use it.
1. Apple
The App is licensed to you through the App Store under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). These Terms supplement the Apple EULA; if they conflict on licensing, the Apple EULA applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content, maintenance, support and warranty, and for any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and intellectual property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also agree to follow the App Store Terms of Service when using the App.
2. The service
The App is free, with no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions or accounts, and works without an internet connection. We may improve, change or remove features. If a paid feature is ever added, it will be offered only through the App Store, with the price shown in advance and only with your consent.
3. Licence and restrictions
You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse-engineer the App or its content (scenes, texts, questions, graphics) or use it to build a competing product.
4. Educational content
The learn cards and quiz questions are short summaries prepared with care from reliable sources; they do not replace an official source, a textbook or exam preparation material. The scenes are artistic, simplified representations of real places; scale, positions and buildings are not exact. The time, temperature, weather and season displays are not real-time or official information and must not be used for travel, sailing, mountain or weather decisions. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at cagan@caganinc.com.
5. Photos
You may keep and share images you make with photo mode for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not remove the Miniyurt name and the place name from the image. Commercial use requires our prior written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The App's name, icon, design, code, 3D scenes, texts and questions belong to us and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related laws. The open-source software, typefaces and map data used in the App are governed by their own licences, listed with their texts under Licenses. Places and landmarks are named for information only; we are not affiliated with any institution or organisation.
7. Feedback
We may use the suggestions and feedback you send us to improve the App without paying you for them. Any personal data involved is handled under the Privacy Policy and the KVKK notice.
8. Warranty and liability
The App is provided free of charge and "as is"; we do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors, but we try to fix reported bugs within a reasonable time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. This limitation does not affect our liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Art. 115) or any rights you have that cannot be excluded by contract, in particular under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
9. Ending
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Your right to use the App ends automatically if you use it in breach of these Terms.
10. Export
By using the App you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties (required by the Apple EULA).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is published in the App and at caganinc.com/camfanus.html; we mention important changes in the App's update notes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at cagan@caganinc.com. As a consumer in Türkiye you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your place of residence or of the transaction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits. If you live outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
13. Other
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. Not exercising a right does not mean we have waived it.
